I like this company. They have helpful customer care although sometimes you run the risk of getting a vague stock answer when there are shipping issues.
My order arrived in good condition. I was happy to receive the sheet masks as a free gift.
However, I wish they would use a different shipping company than FedEx. Apparently FedEx can just decide to stop updating your shipping information for days on end and there's no one you can speak to to help you find out where your package is. To top it all off they missed the delivery deadline that they set for themselves and delivered my items 2 days late. In total it took 2 weeks and 3 days for me to get my products. And for 5 of those days I did not receive atracking update until my package was in the country. I know for a fact DHL would have delivered the items in 3 days. But at least I didn't have to pay customs.
I placed an order and did not get a confirmation or shipping information. I started to get concerned and then my package showed up! With extras! This company is the real thing.

I purchased a few hundred in product. Received I have secure and private mail. The product was not in the package. My money is gone I will not order there anymore. The order number below is either my first order or second. The first one came second empty box. Pissed!There are now companies now open again selling product reordered from them don’t get anything from them I want my product or my money these type of self care items are not cheap I am very upset I have heard other complaints they lost a great customer !!!

Viana Care is one of my top favorite companies to order from. I've ordered from them many times, and I will continue to do so in the future because I trust them. Costumer service is incredible. They were highly professional and attentive the few times I've reached out to them. You can tell that they actually care about their customers. Also, the products always arrive very promptly and all the items are always packaged very well. No complaints at all. I've had wonderful shopping experiences with Viana Care, and I would definitely recommend them.

They recently updated their payment methods; no more jumping thru endless frustrating hoops! Prepaid cards like Green Dot still don't work but I've found that's very, VERY common. They offer endless 10% off youtuber codes so always find one of those to use to save some $$.
Shipping: Crazy fast and it was free! I live in Michigan, USA. I ordered Wed 3/24 & received it via FedEx Mon 3/29. 5 days! I believe they always offer free shipping on orders over $300 otherwise it's $30 and although that's quite high, it's not surprising given the fact that they use FedEx (so there's tracking) and it's coming from South Korea.
Freebies: They always have promotions offering free goodies and boy did I received a TON this time! 20 face masks + 20 plastic cover sheets, supplies to do ALL of my dermal procedures which was a nice surprise, numbing cream, & a micro-needling stamp type thing called a hydro needle. Plus, since my order was over $500 I received a free gift: a well made electric pore cleaning/moisturizing device that I can't wait to try. I've never ever received freebies on this level. They most definitely want to make sure you have everything you need. Awesome...and RARE!
Also notable: my package came well packed with cold items in a thermal pouch along with an ice pack that was still cold. The order was correct & all items were all there.
Overall I have absolutely no complaints and I'm honestly the most impressed I've EVER been with an order of any kind. This company is AWESOME and given how hard it is to find legitimate dermal supplies online, this company is a gem!

I had a bit of a communication error, however Yann the manager took charge and I really appreciate that. Products overall are good value and 100% safe I’m so glad I found them through YouTube, Also quality is a exceptional. I have used their filler and Botox.
My delivery took more time as compared to 5 days the last time, however I didn’t have to pay Import tax so That was a bonus.
Can’t wait for my next order :)

I ordered from VIana Care and had a lot of issues with my order. I was extremely dissatisfied and frustrated.
Fortunately, Yann, a manager, took responsibility personally for my order, and made everything right.
I received my order via FedEx in 2 days, received some extras and he sent me a 15% off code for my next order.
I believe that everyone deserves a second chance and so I will be ordering from Viana Care again. They proved to me that their customers satisfaction is a priority. Thanks Yann????
